Business Analyst - Dubai

Right now, we’re expanding our market reach and impact in the U.A.E and looking for a Business Analyst (BA) to join the team. Our BAs work with leading industrial companies to improve their footprint, keep their people and communities safe, and deliver value to our clients, transforming their cultures, processes and capabilities for sustainable, long-term results and at all levels – from executives to operators. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You will also have the opportunity to present results to key stakeholders and implement recommendations in collaboration with the project team members.

Key responsibilities will include;

• You will be involved in all aspects of the projects from day 1: you will help structure and prepare projects, join key client interactions, and generate senior management outputs
• You must be a self-starter, who is able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and must be driven to produce improvement initiatives both internally and with clients
• You must have excellent analytical and communication skills to maintain positive stakeholder relations and high stakeholder satisfaction levels
• You will work across industry sectors with a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to help our clients improve their operational capabilities. We help our clients create, communicate and implement solutions from start to end
• This position will allow you to apply and expand your analytical and problem-solving skills across a variety of industries, for national and international clients

• A graduate with a degree in engineering / maths / business – preferably a Masters
• You are fluent in Arabic and English
• Resident in the U.A.E
• You have excellent analytical skills; quantitative and qualitative analysis as well as excellent problem solving and communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• You’re willing to develop expertise across all aspects of our clients’ operations
• Prior exposure to consulting and/or industrial operations environments (Internships, Consulting Societies, Placements) would be preferred
