Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Process Mapping: Analyse and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analysing data to support decision-making and recommend solutions.
- Documentation: Create business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers to ensure requirements are clearly implemented.
- Testing Support: Assist in validating solutions by supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all tasks and deliverables align with DQ’s values, policies, and processes.
