Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this job is to provide direct support to the Everyday Banking & Lending team on all matters related to MIS, Analytics, Incentives, Reporting including data extraction, report preparation, building performance decks to name a few. Focusing on Mass and Payments segments of Consumer Banking
Generic Accountability
Contribute to the success of Personal Banking Group and help achieve the organizational objectives of growing stronger
Participate in the creation of strategy documents
General support to the SVP on projects, stakeholder alignment and execution of initiatives
Job Specific Accountabilities
Support on all data and MI reporting matters related to Business Performance and Portfolio
Assist on required data for presentations for business reviews
Develop and Maintain Customized Reporting Requirements
Develop new performance dashboards and assist on fully automating them
Incentive calculations and performance management
Consolidation of information from stakeholders, analysis of the data and creation of presentations to bank senior management
RequirementsMinimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
Minimum Experience
3 years’ relevant experience in similar roles in the banking sector
Other essential requirements
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
Advanced presentation skills
BI tools knowledge like OBIEE, Business Objects, or any other tool
Understanding and knowledge of Retail banking products
