As a BUSINESS ANALYST , you will Support the department on all reports and calculations related to the business, such as SITs, Dashboards, Incentives, PCFs/CPQs, vendor registration and rebates. This position is based in DUBAI. In this role, a typical day will include:

• Preparing  market  information  as  well  as  internal trends to enable and facilitate the development of decisions.
• Management  of  commercial  relevant  business  systems  (SF1,  BI,  IMS,  GFK, market data, etc.) in close collaboration with IT
• Secure high quality, availability and access to customer and business data for management, improve data integration of different systems and optimize data reports and utilization.
• Aspire & S&OP submission within the timings
• Achievement of KPI’s, revenue and profitability targets
• Accurate market data reports
• Effective data analysis
• Sale incentive plan preparation and communication within timelines
• CPQ preparation
• Roll-out of planned activities
• Achievement of KPI’s, revenue and profitability targets

WE ARE SEEKING:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in analysing data through reporting and excel
• University degree in Business, health economics or related field. Advanced degree in related subject is preferred
• Experience in developing presentations and proposals from data
• Good IT computer skills, particularly databases, CRM systems (SF1)
• Digital/Multichannel experience of 2 years is advantage
• Strong analytical skills and high learning agility
• Strong leadership and influencing skills
• Superior ability to communicate, collaborate effectively, and push things through/across a matrixed company
• Project management capabilities
