Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research.
• Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
