As a Business Analyst, you will drive continuous improvement to processes across the entire life cycles of our customers. You will work with the internal business heads to highlight inefficiencies in each vertical, work with the data & product to improve our internal tools such as the Pricing tool and use all this knowledge to ensure healthy ageing of our cars. With the efficiency & performance analysis, you must also bring a clear understanding of the areas of improvement in our process. You will analyse the individual contributors and work actively with the HODs and the data team to bring positive change in the workflow. With your commitment to innovation, you have to keep discovering and developing innovative data-driven solutions in a continuously changing digital landscape.


In this role, you will:


  • Performance Management by designing data models for all revenue-generating verticals;
  • Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data;
  • Own and shape our strategy for efficiency & productivity by going deep analytically to uncover new findings;
  • Identify, plan, and execute projects and root cause analyses to improve our existing processes for sales and operations;
  • Perform regular analysis on pricing to ensure we meet the market benchmarks and our revenue targets;
  • Create processes to automate inventory management with regards to old age stock and design processes to assist sales flow;
  • Bridge the gap between data and Business and work on our internal tools, such as the Pricing Tool, to make it more relevant and forward compatible;
  • Create and execute  the analytical projects regularly to inform team strategy and internal stakeholders, including the development of performance metrics, KPIs, reports, dashboards, and scripts/automation using Google Suite;
  • Organise and structure work across a variety of cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals and priorities;
  • Work with product operations and product teams to develop business cases and insights from various cross-functional teams such as Account Managers, Sales, Purchasers, Call centres, Finance, VAS and Operations;
  • Streamline dashboards and report to the Business Intelligence Team.
