Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and users, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Developing and documenting detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to elicit requirements.
- Performing business process modeling, analysis, and optimization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Working closely with developers, designers, and QA testers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Conducting gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Creating prototypes or mockups to visualize and refine requirements.
- Providing support and guidance to project managers and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting data analysis and visualization to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
- Facilitating requirements prioritization and validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
