- Signage must be fabricated into a 3D shape, 3 sample designs must be provided
- Dimensions: To be checked at the time of inspection
- Design drawings / renders to be submitted for client approval.

LED Modules:
Colour Temperature: 6000K white or Blue
High brightness and energy-efficient.
Weather-resistant IP67 for outdoor use and have long service life.
Power Supply:
Transformers, power supply units and enclosures must be included and appropriately rated for the LED modules.
All electrical installation must comply with relevant electrical standards
Installation:
Secure mounting and installation on the building façade able to withstand storm force winds.
All mounting hardware and brackets provided by the contractor to be weatherproof and corrosion proof.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Aerial Access:
Note: Cradle support is not available; the contractor must allow for an alternative safe system of work.
Additional Requirements:
Removal of existing signage and disposal – Quantity: 06 Total
Authority permits by the contractor including RTA permits relating to aerial working next to the Dubai Tram.
3 years Warranty to be included.
