Job Description

Position Title:             Brand Operations Manager

Employment Type:     Full Time  

Salary:                         depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A well-known restaurant group of unique concepts continuously expanding in GCC, headquartered in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee and optimize restaurant operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in SOPs, cost controls, and team performance.
  • Drive brand identity and customer experience by aligning operations with marketing strategies and consumer trends.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance menu profitability and service standards.
  • Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and design teams to execute brand initiatives and maintain a competitive market presence.


Skills

Qualifications: 

  • 48 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or restaurant operations in the GCC, preferably in Kuwait, with a focus on high-volume, multi-location restaurants.
  • English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
