Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  1. Collecting and updating information on competitor models and markets trends to implement countermeasures.
  2. Conducting PVA studies on all  models and update on regular basis thus ensuring price effectiveness.
  3. Determining the price positioning for current product range and deciding on future product positioning strategy in line with company objectives.
  4. Implement pricing policies within market segments to ensure volume gain.
  5. Generating reports related to product as required by management and proactively assist in effective product and sales planning.
  6. Preparing presentations for negotiating product specifications and pricing with the principal.
  7. Generating presentations on new models and providing all product related support material to sales team.
  8. Preparing training guide for the sales teams and collecting feedback and update management of the requirements and expectations.
  9. Conduct pricing study on new models to be introduced in the market to achieve effective pricing.
  10. Co-ordinate with after sales department on parts procurement projection of new models.
  11. Provide input for marketing communications, promotional plans and strategies.
  12. Develop volume and profit strategy in line with budget. Provide necessary information to internal customers, following plan of action and Coordinate with all departments, authorities, agents and customers on documentation, handling documentation process flow for individual activities.
  13. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  14. Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve the sales targets.
  15. Follow-up on sales activities in branches on a daily basis. 
  16. Review daily sales reports of sales staff, provide feedback as needed and initiate appropriate action to improve performance.
  17. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  18. Interact with the principal to get the support for fleet deals, in terms of price, warranty and specifications.
  19. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  20. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  21. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  22. Liaise with marketing department to ensure brand consistency.
  23. Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
