Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  1. Collecting and updating information on competitor models and markets trends to implement countermeasures.
  2. Conducting PVA studies on all models and update on regular basis thus ensuring price effectiveness.
  3. Determining the price positioning for current product range and deciding on future product positioning strategy in line with company objectives.
  4. Implement pricing policies within market segments to ensure volume gain.
  5. Co-ordinating with the principal for setting product specifications and prepare product portfolio as required by the market.
  6. Generating presentations on new models and providing all product related support material to sales team.
  7. Preparing training guide for the sales teams and collecting feedback and update management of the requirements and expectations.
  8. Co-ordinate with after sales department on parts procurement projection of new models.
  9. Develop volume and profit strategy in line with budget. Provide necessary information to internal customers, following plan of action and Coordinate with all departments, authorities, agents and customers on documentation, handling documentation process flow for individual activities.
  10. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  11. Interact with the principal to get the support for fleet deals, in terms of price, warranty and specifications.
  12. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  13. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  14. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  15. Liaise with marketing department to ensure brand consistency.
  16. Develop and implement aftersales strategies to enhance the customer experience, improve service quality, and increase profitability.
  17. Monitor KPIs and ensure that service, parts, and warranty departments meet company targets in terms of customer satisfaction, cost control, and revenue growth.
  18. Manage the inventory of spare parts and ensure an efficient supply chain process to avoid delays in service.
  19. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  20. Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
