Our client, a multinational name in the fashion industry with a legacy of delivering timeless designs and innovative concepts, is seeking a dynamic Brand Director for the APAC region. Based in the UAE, this organisation is synonymous with style, quality, and trendsetting in the world of fashion. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate a well-loved brand across a rapidly growing market.

  

The Role

As the Brand Director for the APAC region, you will be the custodian of the brand’s identity, ensuring its resonance with the region’s diverse and dynamic market. This role demands deep expertise in the fashion industry, a thorough understanding of APAC’s cultural and consumer landscape, and the ability to lead a high-performing team of 6-7 professionals. You will craft and implement strategies that drive brand equity, customer engagement, and commercial success. Define and execute the regional brand strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local market dynamics.

  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, including product positioning, storytelling, and market adaptation for the APAC region.
  • Lead marketing campaigns that amplify brand awareness and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.
  • Analyse market trends and consumer insights to adapt strategies that resonate with regional preferences and expectations.
  • Manage and mentor a team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and excellence to achieve collective goals.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of budgets, delivering measurable ROI through well-planned branding initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong focus on innovation, identifying opportunities to strengthen the brand’s presence in an evolving fashion landscape.

  • Proven track record of 8-10 years in brand management, with significant experience in the fashion industry.
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in the APAC region, with an understanding of market nuances and consumer behaviors.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand vision into actionable and impactful initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in storytelling, campaign management, and digital-first strategies for branding.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • A passion for fashion and a keen eye for emerging trends in the industry.
