What You Will Be Doing
Responsible to meet the financial targets for Bancassurance as defined and agreed and cross sell other products if mandated.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure that the sales target are consistently met.
Awareness about the product offerings by the competitors, propose and implement improvements in the existing process.
Provide prompt feedback to Relationship Manager on the business objectives.
Ensure that all service standards of the bank are met and maintained.
Ensure the sales of Insurance product is done with good faith and integrity at all times.
Ensure necessary actions are taken on all customer requests within the stipulated timelines.
Ensure error free applications are submitted with 100% accuracy.
Liaise with the Bancassurance Coordinators for smooth processing of the application forms.
Ensure respective tasks are in compliance with Policy Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
Ensure productivity levels are maintained at all times during the financial year.
Ensure strict adherence of SLA’s as per the operating procedure.
Ensure the individual claw back is restricted below the mandated targets for the financial year.
Ensure to maximize sale of Bancassurance products with Semi Annual/Annual Mode.
