Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers for banking products. Ensure the acquisition of new business and a balanced product mix, prioritizing customer suitability. Achieve sales targets, including Beyond points, through proactive customer engagement. Ensure the delivery of high-quality service to customers while adhering to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carries out all branch tasks associated with new business ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer experience, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
  • Promoting and selling suitable financial products to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Provides specialist information and guidance to customers through the delivery of excellent customer experience and satisfaction complying to the Staff Code of Conduct at all times
  • Performs any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the smooth operation of the branch.
  • Conform to the requirements of BCM. Maintains awareness of the branch’s Business Continuity Plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.
  • Develops and maintains new and existing relationships with other departments/customers to support the achievement of business objectives.
  • Conforms to the Sales Governance Document and service standards and adhere to it
  • Performs assigned sales tasks and ensures adherence to timescales with utmost accuracy whilst providing excellent customer experience and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures and enables department to achieve high performance standards without compromising on quality
  • Performs the branch tasks associated with new business under supervision of the line manager to support the smooth operation of the branch. Ensure adherence to department's policy, procedures, standards, reporting requirements, and relevant regulatory and statutory requirements whilst complying to the staff code of conduct at all times thus presenting a positive image of RAKBANK through excellent customer experience and unparalleled quality.
  • Identifies and acts on ways to improve working knowledge and skills and be a team player and to assist in the smooth operation of the department
