Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and employee management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet branch goals and targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and present reports on branch performance to senior management.
  • Manage the branch budget and control expenses.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations and ensure branch compliance.


Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE national with valid citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE market and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Results-oriented and target-driven.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
