Job Description
About the job Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all sales and service targets are met.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve credit card sales goals and enhance productivity.
Recruit, train, and manage the performance of sales teams, including DSAs.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales executives and DSAs against set KPIs.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all branch activities.
Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain alignment with goals.
Prepare and analyze branch performance reports and present findings to senior management.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and lead efforts to capture new business.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales and branch management, preferably in financial services or credit card operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent understanding of credit card products, DSA operations, and market trends.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
