About the job Branch Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all sales and service targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve credit card sales goals and enhance productivity.
  • Recruit, train, and manage the performance of sales teams, including DSAs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales executives and DSAs against set KPIs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all branch activities.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain alignment with goals.
  • Prepare and analyze branch performance reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and lead efforts to capture new business.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and branch management, preferably in financial services or credit card operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of credit card products, DSA operations, and market trends.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
