Boutique Client Coordinator


How will you make an impact?


As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be part of the Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue boutique team and you will be responsible for developing an overall culture of clienteling by working with the boutique team to ensure clienteling KPIs are understood and met. You will be developing, sharing and analyzing reports related to client data, client insights and KPIs, engaging in all aspects of client treatment within the boutique to ensure successful client experiences (gifting, activations…). You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall approach towards client topics within the boutique.


Your main responsibilities will be to look after Client Data & Insights, Client Database Management, Clienteling KPIs Ambassadorship, Event list Management and Client Gifting & Treatment.


You will play an integral role in defining this newly created role and will be instrumental in the implementation of the client strategy in the boutique.


How will you experience success with us?


Seeing this opportunity as a long term career with us, you will be fluent in English & Arabic/French will be a plus, with excellent communication skills to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. You will have a minimum of 5 years of related experience in CRM / Client Services / Client Development roles, previous experience in luxury and knowledge of retail will be preferred.  You will have proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and deliver multiple objectives at the same time.


You will also have solid analytical skills, including excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills, able to build a plan to transform rough data into relevant insights.
