Your Opportunity
Khadamat are looking for a BMS Operator & Maintenennce Technician who will be responsible for operation and maintenance of Building Management System and associated equipment installed within the UAE University Campus.
The ideal candidate should be flexible and seeks to be adaptable in the face of changing circumstances with good communication skills.
This role is part of the Khadamat team and will be based in Al Ain, UAE.
Key Accountabilities
Operate and maintain the Building Management systems
Carry out planned & preventive maintenance, reactive diagnosis and repair of BMSequipments, control systems and components
Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipments as per the scheduledmaintenance recommendation
Check regularly all field instruments on site and log
Renovate and replace equipment as per the site and Khadamat’s requirements
Monitor parameters & performance of MEP & HVAC system components and provideadjustments as required to ensure systems are operating within the parameter limits
Testing & commissioning of BMS systems including calibration, downloads & updates
Support the BMS systems sub-contractors with their planned maintenance
Attend shift working as required. Participate in the ‘on call’ rota.
Specific Requirements
Minimum 2 - 5 years relevant experience as BMS operator /technician
Basic Knowledge of MEP & HVAC system
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
Knowledge of Bacnet Protocol
Knowledge of Honeywell / Allerton experience

Extensive experience of the operation and maintenance of Building Management system and its components. These include but are not limited to BMS control systems, field instruments etc
