Description Non-Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Building Management System
Scope of work :
To inspect the front end Graphics software in BMS PC. To inspect Live & Normal Operation of all outstation. To check power supply , breakers, wiring connections in each outstations. To ensure communication between outstation to central system , Point testing. To check field devices/sensors (Pressure sensor, Temperature sensor, Humidity sensor, Level sensor, Valve/Actuator sensor). To verify all 3rd party system connected to BMS. To confirm the system operational as per sequence of operation. Testing of system communication. To check Logic of AHU, Chilled water system and all other control systems
FREQUENCY Quarterly inspection (4 visits per year).
DURATION Contract period One (1) year from date of commencement.
