Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Biomedical Sales Engineer with a strong background in selling dermatology and aesthetics equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical expertise, and delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals in the UAE. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the dermatology and aesthetics equipment market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, and healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s products.
  • Technical Support:
  • Provide pre-sales technical consultation to customers, including product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Offer post-sales technical support, including installation, training, and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s dermatology and aesthetics product portfolio.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements, competitor products, and new technologies in the dermatology and aesthetics sector.
  • Customer Service:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely response to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure product satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Document all customer interactions, sales activities, and technical support provided.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
