Responsibilities
Market Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis of institutional clients in the options trading space, with a focus on options products, trading rules, API interfaces, fee structures, etc., providing the team with timely feedback on market trends and ensuring the product's competitiveness.
Client Demand Response & Support: Respond to and address institutional clients' options-related business needs, providing technical support, answering inquiries, and following up on progress to ensure clients receive timely and effective support, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the product, technical, and risk management teams to resolve technical issues, system problems, or operational difficulties clients encounter during options trading, ensuring efficient resolution and optimization of the client's trading experience.
Document & Materials Management: Assist in preparing business requirement documents and technical support materials related to options, regularly updating and maintaining the client support knowledge base. Record and organize client issues and solutions to improve business support efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
