Responsibilities


  • Research and brainstorm new client acquisition methods based on data-driven insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Identify and understand the diverse trading needs of both individual and corporate clients.
  • Design and implement strategies for market growth in the EU region. 
  • Monitor & conduct a detailed analysis of users’ trading volume, revenue metrics, user behavior and more. 
  • Create comprehensive and analytical reports, effectively communicating and presenting information both quantitatively and graphically. 

Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated within the last year.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
  • Ability to be flexible in various complex situations and perform well under pressure.
  • Preferred experience in account management with a track record of maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Passionate about crypto. 
  • Previous experience in sales, banking, and financial services is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
