We’re recruiting a 'BIM Specialist - MEP’ for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE. About Our Client: Our client is a leading design and construction company in Dubai, specializing in innovative architectural solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. With a focus on quality, attention to detail, and client satisfaction, they deliver projects on time and within budget, incorporating sustainable practices and modern design technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update 3D BIM models for construction and architectural projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate models
Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts
Provide technical support and assist project teams with BIM tasks
Generate reports, visualizations, and construction documents from BIM models
Maintain organized project files and ensure proper documentation
Requirements
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar tools
A basic understanding of construction, architecture, or engineering principles
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, BIM standards) is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM-related roles
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex construction projects
(Preferred) Experience in the design or construction of industrial projects, critical infrastructure, or large-scale MEP plants, including systems, controls, commissioning, power management, and technical operations for data centers and critical infrastructure
(Preferred) Experience in designing and analyzing computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models
