About the Role

As a BIM Manager, you will take the lead in developing and optimising Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows to ensure seamless project delivery. You will oversee the BIM operations for a diverse range of Landscape Architecture projects, manage multidisciplinary collaboration, and represent the studio’s BIM capabilities to clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
BIM Leadership and Strategy: + Lead the BIM team, focusing on efficient workflows and high-quality deliverables.
+ Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with project and organisational goals.
+ Represent the studio’s BIM expertise to clients and stakeholders.
Project Management: + Manage the creation, maintenance, and QA/QC of BIM models to meet client and project standards.
+ Develop and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) across all phases of project delivery.
+ Promote seamless communication between BIM and Landscape team, ensuring alignment on project goals.
Training and Development: + Mentor and train team members on BIM tools, processes, and best practices for BIM in Landscape Architecture.
+ Stay updated on emerging BIM technologies and implement improvements where needed.
Technical Oversight: + Ensure compliance with industry standards, including ISO 19650 and other relevant guidelines.
+ Troubleshoot technical challenges and liaise with software vendors as necessary.

About You

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled professional with a passion for technology and innovation in design. You bring both technical expertise and leadership experience, making you a strong advocate for collaboration and excellence. Key Qualifications:
Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related fields.
+ 8+ years of experience in BIM, with 2+ years’ experience in BIM management.
+ Proven track record in managing BIM workflows and delivering high-quality outputs.
Skills and Knowledge: + Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
+ Expertise in BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and QA/QC processes.
+ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and manage client relationships effectively.
Preferred: + Familiarity with Middle Eastern design and construction practices is an advantage.
+ Certification in BIM tools or processes is highly desirable.
