We are currently seeking a skilled BIM Engineer (Architectural - Electrical - Mechanical) to join our team. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Developing and maintaining 3D BIM models for architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate modeling and integration of various systems.
- Conducting clash detection and resolving any conflicts within the BIM environment.
- Preparing detailed documentation and reports based on BIM models.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices.
- Supporting project teams by providing technical expertise and guidance on BIM-related tasks.
- Analyzing design and construction options through BIM to optimize project outcomes.
- Providing training and support for team members on BIM software and tools.
- Engaging in ongoing communication with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Monitoring schedule adherence and ensuring timely delivery of BIM-related outputs.
