BIM CoOrdinator - Architecture (Construction)

We're working with an architectural consultancy in Abu Dhabi at an exciting time in their development. They have won a very high-end and prestigious residential/mixed use project in Abu Dhabi itself.
We're now looking for a BIM CoOrdinator to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the BIM processes, coordination and data exchange.
You should be able to facilitate collaboration among various disciplines to ensure that information is exchanged efficiently.
You should have experience in the following:

• Implementing and enforcing the project's BIM standards and workflows.
  
• Coordinating and liaising with disciplines specific to the BIM Modellers and Designers.
  
• Manage the clash detection and coordination process, resolving conflicts as necessary, including approving clashes in the federated model as applicable.
  
• Maintaining and updating the project's Common Data Environment (CDE).
  
• Ensure that information is exchanged and shared correctly among project team members.
  
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to BIM software and workflows.
  
• Document and track project-related BIM issues and resolutions.
  
• Collaborate with the BIM/Digital Manager to implement BIM technology and software.
  
• Conduct/participate in regular BIM coordination meetings and reviews, including specific sessions focused in respective disciplines.
  
• Monitor and report on the progress of BIM related tasks and deliverables.
  
• Facilitate communication and information flow between the design and construction phases.
  
• Support BIM related training for team members.
  
• Ensure compliance with BIM-related project milestones and deadlines.
  
• Technical management of project BIM data sets
  
• Liaise with Design Systems team to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
  
• Provide one-to-one mentoring on 'Best Practice' workflows to project teams as required.
  
• Deliver project team mentoring in BIM Software enabling Applications
  
• Assist in Preparing project specific training documentation and project BIM execution plans
  

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience on live BIM projects.
  
• Minimum Degree in architecture, architectural technology or equivalent.
  
• Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
  
• Legally able to work in the country in which the position is based
  
• In-depth working knowledge of Autodesk applications and BIM enabling applications
  
• Excellent knowledge in BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and software such as Microsoft BI Pro
  
• Advanced and careful Knowledge on collaborative work in ACC.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English
  
• Excellent organisational skills
  
• Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
  
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
  
• Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times.
