We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator whose responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate the development of BIM strategies for various projects.
- Facilitate collaboration among project team members to ensure effective BIM implementation.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements for all BIM models.
- Manage the integration of different disciplines’ models into a cohesive whole.
- Review and coordinate the work of the design team to resolve clashes and discrepancies in the BIM model.
- Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Guide project teams in the use of BIM software and tools.
- Maintain documentation of all BIM processes and protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance workflow and outcomes.
- Provide training sessions to team members on BIM software and methodologies.
