We are at the forefront of industry advancements, delivering cutting-edge solutions in civil engineering and architecture. And we are currently looking for the experienced BIM Architect, which responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Model Development:
- Create and manage BIM models of architectural designs using Autodesk Revit.
- Ensure that BIM models accurately represent architectural elements, including building geometry, materials, and components.
- Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, structure) to integrate their models into the architectural design.
2. Design Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project architects and designers to develop and refine architectural concepts using BIM tools.
- Be a part of interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve clashes and conflicts between architectural and other design disciplines.
- Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to incorporate their feedback into the architectural design process.
3. Model Analysis and Visualization:
- Perform analysis and simulations using BIM software to evaluate design performance, such as energy efficiency, daylighting, and thermal comfort.
- Generate 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent to stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and regulatory authorities.
4. Documentation and Detailing:
- Generate construction documentation from BIM models, including plans, sections, elevations, details etc..
- Ensure that architectural drawings and specifications are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with building codes and standards.
- Develop and maintain a library of standard architectural details and components for reuse in future projects.
5. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on advancements in BIM technology and best practices within the architectural industry.
- Identify opportunities to improve BIM processes, workflows, and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Participate in professional development activities, such as training programs, conferences, and workshops, to expand BIM skills and knowledge.
