A leading international law firm, renowned for advising clients on complex transactions and disputes, is expanding its presence with new offices. The firm is seeking a Billing Specialist to join its Middle East finance team, reporting to the Middle East Finance Manager. This role will be an essential part of the broader billing team, contributing to the firm's precision-driven and visionary approach to legal services.

Description


Generate pre-bills for offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Riyadh, and assist other locations as needed.Review and modify pre-bills based on partner feedback, ensuring timely and accurate billing.Address billing inquiries promptly, coordinating with partners where necessary.Provide backup documentation for disbursements and ensure compliance with local tax rules.Manage billing mailboxes and ensure responses to queries are timely and accurate.Ensure approval for special rates, follow up on pending tasks, and submit invoices in the required formats, including e-billing.Support the Accounts team with reconciliation and assist with other finance tasks.




Profile

Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in CMS Aderant is highly beneficial.Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication.Strong analytical, time-management, and multitasking abilities.Detail-oriented with strong proof-reading and research skills.Strong relationship-building skills at all levels and customer service focus.Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.


Education & Experience:
At least 5 years in a finance role, preferably in a law firm or professional services.Knowledge of KYC/CDD, local e-invoicing, and compliance with tax regulations.
