About the role:

The Video & Motion Graphics Editor/Designer will produce dynamic video content that’s crafted specifically for a digital-first audience, staying on top of what intrigues viewers in the fast-paced digital world. This role combines video editing, motion graphics, and audience insight to create content that resonates across digital platforms. Working with the Head of Creative, you’ll take ownership of each project, delivering content that stands out in the digital space while adapting to fast-changing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create captivating video edits and animations for digital platforms, with a focus on social media, digital ads, and on-demand video content.
• Develop content that aligns with audience preferences and current digital trends, tailoring each piece for maximum engagement.
• Independently manage projects from start to finish, maintaining quality and efficiency while supporting the Head of Creative’s vision.
• Apply a deep understanding of digital audience behaviors to create content that resonates and engages viewers across various digital platforms.
• Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and align on digital campaign concepts, ensuring cohesive brand storytelling.
• Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools, with a portfolio showcasing digital-first video and motion 2D/3D content.
• Strong understanding of audience trends, digital engagement, and content that captures
  online attention.
• Ability to manage projects autonomously, showing ownership and accountability for each
  assignment.
• Experience creating digital-first content, with adaptability to platform-specific
  requirements and trends.
• Collaborative and trend-savvy, with a strong ability to work in alignment with the Head of
  Creative’s objectives.
