Job Description: Bilingual Executive Assistant (English & Chinese)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Female
Assistant to support senior management in a dynamic business environment. The
ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and
Chinese, along with a deep understanding of business etiquette and administrative
functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior
management.
• Act as a liaison between English and Chinese-speaking partners, clients, and
stakeholders.
• Manage daily correspondence, emails, and communications in both languages.
• Translate documents, reports, and meeting notes accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents in both English and
Chinese.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional
integrity.
• Assist with project coordination, research, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin): Speaking, reading, and listening
proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or executive
assistant roles.
• Residing in Dubai with a valid UAE visa or work permit.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree any field.
• Prior experience in a trading, investment, or technology-related company is a
plus.
