Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
  • Developing and executing Proposal Plans.
  • Organizing and holding bid kick-off meetings.
  • Approving each party’s scope of work involved in the bid.
  • Analyzing contract requirements and conditions to present to Management.
  • Managing interfaces with partners and Client.
  • Identifying pre-bid agreements to be completed.
  • Integrating proposal packages prepared by individual operating companies and proposal partners and reconciling possible discrepancies.
  • Coordinating and reviewing/editing proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Lending and Owner legal advisors, financial advisors, lenders, commercial, legal and delivery.
  • Communicating and influencing at a senior level.
  • Document template management in line with Company branding

Expected Knowledge and Skills


  • Good knowledge in civil/structural engineering from detail engineering, sponsor engineering and consulting/advising.
  • Ability to overlook teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practice.
  • Document template management in line with Company branding.
  • Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English Language skills.
  • Strong management/prioritization skills.
  • Experience in designing, managing, and updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution for BOOT/PPP Projects.
  • Experience in scheduling and running proposal kick-off meetings, leading storyboarding sessions, facilitating key review meetings, final document review, coordinating proposal governance, sign-off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal.
  • Well placed to read, assess, and deliver in cross discipline engineering works.
