Contribute in the
production of periodical statistical reports – including drafting key insights
derived from the data analysis.
Contribute in the production of ad-hoc tourism research
studies using both internal and external data sources to deliver comprehensive
reports that support/enable enhanced decision-making by the management team.
Conduct analysis of
hotel data to ensure data is accurate and complete prior to reporting.
Ensure external datafiles (used across various
statistical reports) are updated on timely manner.
Conduct research on
inbound tourism markets and analyze trends in global tourism to identify
new and high yield markets.
Prepare research
information across both international and domestic markets by bench marking reports and highlighting key trends.
Contribute to the
development of tourism-focused research agenda and coordinate with the sector
to identify research priorities and needs.
Promote data for strategic analysis across
tourism sector, while ensuring a high level of data quality and accessibility.
Ensure the compilation
and utilization of relevant studies and benchmarks to develop evidence and
fact-based recommendations.
Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/
Finance/Economics/Public Policy or equivalent.
Preferably, someone proficient in numerical
analysis and able to work with large and diverse data sets.
