About the Role

The Bellman will ensure the smooth and efficient handling of guest luggage and personal belongings. The Bellman acts as brand ambassador greeting guests and providing a warm welcome. The Bellman will be responsible for unlocking the Guest potential through warmth, precision, agility and being united, tailoring every aspect of their stay to exceed their expectations. 

About You

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. You should be friendly, approachable and willing to assist guests with their needs and inquiries.
