JOB PURPOSE The Beauty Advisor - KIKO is responsible for enhancing customer experience, driving sales, and achieving business KPIs aligned with the brand's strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional service by greeting and assisting all customers with appropriate behaviours tailored to meet their needs. Maintain brand standards in attitude, appearance, and makeup application.
- Meet customers' needs by effectively cross-selling products.
- Keep management informed about any issues that need resolution to enhance customer experience and achieve desired results, including trends, stock availability, and store tidiness.
- Contribute to maintaining qualitative standards by arranging merchandise, replenishing inventory, stocking shelves, ensuring proper housekeeping of the store, and upholding quality standards for customer care aligned with the brand's expectations.
- Remain informed on market trends on a consistent basis.
- Ensure adherence to the brand’s standards as outlined in the Store Book and clarified by store managers.
- Deliver on business goals set by the store manager, focusing on customer experience quality, achieving sales targets, and KPIs.
LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Language Proficiency - Fluency in English.
Specific Expertise
- Knowledge of beauty products especially particular lines of cosmetics.
EDUCATION
High school degree.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
Zero to one years of experience in Retail, or a similar role.
