Position Title:           BD Manager

Employment Type:    Full Time

Salary:                       all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:           Dubai, UAE

 

About the Client:

A premium bakery brand, in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining French flavors with contemporary innovation.

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients (corporate accounts, hotels, cafes, restaurants, catering services, etc.) and partnerships.
  • Identify new revenue streams including events, catering, wholesale, retail expansion, and online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, pitch presentations, and customized product offerings.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Open to Asian nationality
  • 35 to 45 years old
  • At least 5 years’ experience in business development or sales within the same industry
  • Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving revenue targets and must have knowledge in UAE food market and industry trends
