Key Responsibilities:

• Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and flair, showcasing your mixology expertise.
• Guest Engagement: Create memorable interactions with guests by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met with warmth and professionalism.
• Bar Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a polished and inviting environment at all times.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the culinary team to develop and implement seasonal beverage menus that complement our dining offerings.
• Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and new cocktail techniques to continually enhance your skills and enrich our offerings.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or exclusive beach club, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
