As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages following recipes and customer preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the coffee preparation area and equipment
- Stock and replenish coffee beans, dairy products, and other supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
