About the Role
As a Barista, you will assist the bar team in planning, organizing, and managing bar operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality beverages in a clean and efficient workspace. You will help maintain coffee stocks, track sales data, and develop the coffee menu, while supporting the team in expanding their coffee knowledge. Your role will be key in ensuring consistent service and contributing to achieving revenue and profit goals.
About You
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant. A strong understanding of coffee origins, preparation methods, and industry standards is essential. Previous experience with inventory management and proficiency in using POS systems is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a genuine passion for the food and beverage industry.
