 Sales Representative – STOW COFFEE SUPPLIES

 Responsibilities:

• Sell coffee equipment and accessories to customers.

• Provide product consultations and assist customers in making the best choices.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Arrange and display products attractively in the store.

 Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales (preferably in the coffee industry).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing basics.

 Barista

 Responsibilities:

• Prepare specialty coffee drinks (Espresso, V60, etc.).

• Provide a unique customer experience with excellent service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

 Requirements:

• Previous experience in specialty coffee preparation.

• Knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods.

• Strong customer service skills.

 Pastry Chef

 Responsibilities:

• Prepare croissants, maamoul, and light pastries with high quality.

• Innovate and introduce new pastry items.

• Ensure hygiene and food safety standards.

 Requirements:

• Previous experience in pastry and bakery.

• Attention to detail and precision.

• Ability to work under pressure.

 Cashier

 Responsibilities:

• Handle customer interactions and complete sales transactions using POS systems.

• Manage daily financial transactions.

• Provide excellent customer service.

 Requirements:

• Previous experience in the same field.

• Strong communication skills.

• Accuracy and ability to handle cash transactions.

 General Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Punctuality and professionalism.
• Transferable residency (for non-citizens).
