Position Overview:
As a Barista at Petrichoor Chocolate, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing outstanding customer service. Your role will involve ensuring that every customer enjoys a pleasant and memorable experience, while maintaining our high standards of service and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Prepare and serve a variety of beverages and delicacies with precision and artistry.
2) Demonstrate a thorough understanding of service etiquette and food & beverage products.
3) Maintain excellent grooming standards and a professional appearance at all times.
4) Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
5) Utilize ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office applications effectively.
6) Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
7) Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
Salary:
2000 AED to 2500 AED
