Job Description

  • As a barista, your primary responsibility is to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring each drink meets our standards of taste and presentation.
  • Assist in monitoring coffee bean and supplies inventory, promptly reporting to the supervisor when items require replenishment to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Your responsibilities include ensuring a tidy and well-organized work area, which encompasses coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment, to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • You'll play a key role in inventory management, overseeing coffee bean and supplies levels and promptly informing the supervisor when replenishment is necessary to uphold service quality during peak hours.
  • Inventory management is part of your duties, involving the monitoring of coffee bean and supplies stock, and timely communication with the supervisor for restocking to maintain consistent service during busy shifts.
