- Organization and control of the bar.
- Training and management of bar personnel.
- Quality control of drink preparation and guest service.
- Work with suppliers: ordering, accounting and inventory of goods.
- Development and updating of the cocktail menu.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
