Job Description
How does your working day look like …
- Be in charge of the restaurant reservations, managing the booking system efficiently
- Always keep your cool – even when all the guests want a restaurant table at the same time
- Offer an attentive service to guests, adapting to any constraints
- You'll heed any remarks made by guests and ensure follow-up, addressing concerns promptly
- Promote the F&B offer, upselling when appropriate
- Prepare the bookings and special needs as required, ensuring all guest preferences are noted
- Clean and tidy the outlet and preparation areas after closing
- Organise your work to suit fluctuations in numbers, events and guests
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage options
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following proper accounting procedures
- Assist in training new team members on hospitality standards and procedures
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss service improvements and upcoming events
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- You’ve completed your training and have already gained your first experience in the hotel business.
- You've have experience in working a nightlife venue
- You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
- You’re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
- You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
