Banking Support Representative - (496)
Responsibilities:
On daily basis collecting Cash / Cheque from office and depositing in banks & before cut of time. Coordinating with warehouse team for collection / deposits. Submitting & collecting bank guarantee to/ from customers: On regular basis visiting customers for submitting original bank guarantees as per given schedule & before cut of time. Follow up with customers for collecting closed / expired bank guarantees & return to bank for cancellation purpose. Build a good relationship with customers such as MOH, DHA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, etc. Coordinate internally with tender team, Sales team & service team to ensure timely collection of bank guarantee. Scheduling customer’s visit in Abu Dhabi & Northen Emirates.
Reports:
Maintain proper records & reports for outstanding bank guarantees in market. Updating ERP system records. Write correspondence letters, follow up emails guarantee. Update Line manager on the progress of non-collection of guarantees and ensure that supporting documents are available. Prepare necessary reports for management for guaranteed status.
