Our client is a leading tech business specializing in AI and Big data, focusing on leveraging and implementing AI tools and cutting-edge technologies. They are looking for a highly skilled C++ Backend Engineer to design, create, and implement various C++ based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain high-volume, low-latency C++ applications.
Translate briefs into high-quality code that meets specifications.
Collaborate with the team to define application functions and goals.
Ensure code aligns with project objectives.
Experience with external and embedded databases (Mongo, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Proficient in Kafka and ElasticSearch.
Skilled in designing database schemas to support business processes.
Implement automated testing and unit tests.
Knowledgeable in code versioning tools, such as Git.
Understand scalable application design principles.
Familiar with microservices and architectural patterns.
Apply design patterns in distributed systems.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments.
Manage Docker/container clusters.
Familiar with event-driven and complex event processing architectures.
Collaborate with team members to solve problems.
Identify and resolve application issues.
Document work and project progress in detailed reports.
Participate in meetings to discuss projects and goals.
Assist developers with troubleshooting and debugging.
Meet deadlines for fast-paced deliverables.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science
5+ years experience in C++ programming
Experience with Cloud Platform's
