Back Office Officer - Onboarding

We're looking a dynamic individual to join our Back Office team, where you'll play a key role in the onboarding/KYC process for both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:



+ Verification of clients
+ Request validate and approve documents as part of the KYC onboarding process
+ Ensure the company's strong KYC and AML procedures are strictly followed
+ Review screening alerts for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Sanctions, and Adverse Media in a timely and diligent manner
+ Investigating and responding to AML and transaction monitoring alerts
+ Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
+ Demonstrate strong analytical skills in assessing risks of prospective clients
+ Document authenticity verification using available software and provided training
+ Identify and report fraudulent applications and reject those that do not meet the agreed assessment criteria.

Requirements:



+ Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus
+ English language – intermediate
+ Attention to detail and ability to multitask
+

Ability to work a flexible shift schedule (sometimes including nights and weekends, nights and weekend shifts are remote.)
