We're looking a dynamic individual to join our Back Office team, where you'll play a key role in the onboarding/KYC process for both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Verification of clients
Request validate and approve documents as part of the KYC onboarding process
Ensure the company's strong KYC and AML procedures are strictly followed
Review screening alerts for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Sanctions, and Adverse Media in a timely and diligent manner
Investigating and responding to AML and transaction monitoring alerts
Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Demonstrate strong analytical skills in assessing risks of prospective clients
Document authenticity verification using available software and provided training
Identify and report fraudulent applications and reject those that do not meet the agreed assessment criteria.
Requirements:
Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plus
English language – intermediate
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work a flexible shift schedule (sometimes including nights and weekends, nights and weekend shifts are remote.)
Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
