Job Description

  • Manage basic finance activities such as invoice processing, expense tracking.
  • Monitor cameras across all kiosks as per the guidelines set by the Technical Design Review Authority (TDRA).
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Prepare detailed reports based on camera monitoring activities and finance-related tasks.
  • Provide Arabic translation services for documents, communications, or meetings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and camera monitoring activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Previous experience in providing Arabic translation services is preferred but not required.
