About the job B2B Sales Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding of business formation in Saudi Arabia and a proven ability to network within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales and be skilled at identifying UAE-based companies interested in expanding into Saudi Arabia, nurturing these leads, and converting them into successful business setups.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and target UAE companies interested in setting up business operations in Saudi Arabia
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders in the UAE and Saudi markets
  • Provide clients with detailed guidance on the business formation process in Saudi Arabia, including regulatory requirements, market entry options, and compliance
  • Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the benefits and processes of business setup in Saudi Arabia
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements and offer clients the best solutions for their business needs
  • Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights, using data to refine and enhance sales strategies

Requirements:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within business setup, consulting, or related industries
  • Proven expertise and network in the UAE and Saudi Arabian business sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi business formation processes and regulations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on client satisfaction and conversion
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
