Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to expand our client base across Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships within the hospitality, corporate, and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting hotels, office centers, restaurants, and other organizations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with our floral designers and logistics teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
- Regularly meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, corporate solutions, or similar industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Arabic or Russian) will be an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Compensation:
- AED 4000 base salary + 10% commission on secured orders.
- Three-month trial period applies.
